Seymour Golf Course
This trail starts at the north end of Dollar Road at Roche Point Park. Go left around the soccer field to find the trail. Keep turning right. The trail end at Roche Point Drive. Walk along this road and turn right on Mount Seymour Parkway. Turn right again when you reach Fairview Drive. This will take you back to Dollar Road. This 4 kilometre route is level and even-surfaced and does not require crossing any roads.
